Hi! I am Kelly Jo. I currently live in Franklin, TN with my dog Midnight in a small one bedroom apartment. I am about 1 mile from work, restaurants, great shop, and entertainment. I could probably walk to most of the places I go but I don’t. Ha! Blogging is new to me and I want to write and tell my story about being raised by a single dad. My mother passed away when I was 9. That left my daddy to raise me and my two brothers. I won’t talk too much about my brothers as they have their own story to tell.

I grew up in Mt. Pleasant most of my life and spent my later high school years at Summertown. To say the least most of you have never heard of these small towns. Lets just say, both are towns where everyone knows everyone.

I hope to be able to shear my stories of being raised by a single dad. I may not have had the traditional raising of what girls learn from their moms, but I did learn so much from my daddy.
